In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
2.1 By accessing or using the phmaca Platform in any manner, including without limitation browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines posted on the Platform.
2.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phmaca. If you are acting on behalf of another individual, you warrant that you are authorised to bind that individual to these Terms, and that both you and the individual meet all eligibility requirements set out herein.
2.3 If you do not agree to any portion of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the phmaca Platform and not register or attempt to register an Account.
Completing the phmaca registration process — including ticking the acceptance checkbox — constitutes your express acceptance of these Terms and all incorporated policies. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
To be eligible to register and use phmaca, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
Age Restriction — 21+ Only. Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations strictly prohibit persons under 21 years of age from engaging in casino-style gambling. phmaca verifies age for every account. Any Account found to belong to a player under 21 will be permanently closed, and balances will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR's underage gambling policy.
4.1 Registration. To access real-money gaming on phmaca, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number.
4.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and hold only one Account on phmaca. Registering more than one Account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phmaca reserves the right to permanently close all duplicate Accounts and retain any balances pending investigation.
4.3 KYC Documentation. Prior to making any withdrawal, and at any time at phmaca's request, you may be required to submit one or more of the following:
4.4 Accuracy Obligation. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided to phmaca is accurate and kept up to date. phmaca shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by you, including incorrect payment details resulting in failed or misdirected withdrawals.
You may explore the Platform prior to completing KYC. However, real-money deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals require a fully verified Account. phmaca aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 2–4 business hours during Philippine Standard Time business hours, provided documentation is clear and complete.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share these credentials with any third party.
5.2 phmaca will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to phmaca support immediately.
5.3 You must notify phmaca immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. phmaca will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receiving such notification, but is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access prior to receiving notification.
5.4 phmaca reserves the right to implement additional security measures including two-factor authentication, login alerts, and device verification without prior notice.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phmaca processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phmaca does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources not registered in the Account holder's name.
6.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Wallet page of the Platform and may be amended from time to time. Current minimums apply at the time of the transaction.
6.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and clearance of any pending AML review. phmaca targets GCash withdrawal completion within 15–60 minutes; bank transfers within one Philippine banking business day. These timelines are targets and not guarantees.
6.4 Transaction Limits. phmaca reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits at its discretion or as required by PAGCOR and BSP regulations. Responsible Gaming deposit limits set by the Player take precedence over platform defaults where the Player-set limit is lower.
6.5 Dormant Account Fees. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phmaca reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Account balances. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
All phmaca financial transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso. phmaca does not charge conversion fees. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside phmaca's control and are the Player's responsibility.
7.1 All bets placed on phmaca are subject to the specific rules of the game being played, as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics; these Terms shall prevail with respect to Account, payment, and conduct matters.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. phmaca reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed after an event has commenced (for sports bets), placed using funds that were credited in error, or placed by a Player whose Account does not meet the requirements set out in Section 3.
7.3 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure during gameplay — including but not limited to server interruption, game crash, or network disconnection — phmaca will apply the outcome recorded by the server at the time of the failure. Where no outcome was recorded, the bet shall be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Wallet.
7.4 RNG Certification. All RNG-based games on phmaca use Random Number Generators that are independently certified. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG and cannot be influenced by phmaca, the Player, or any third party.
7.5 Live Dealer Games. Results from live dealer games are final upon deal or spin completion as recorded by the live studio system. Human error by a dealer that is caught and acknowledged by the studio system may result in a round void and stakes returned.
8.1 All promotional offers made available through phmaca — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes — are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall apply to that offer.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified per promotion.
8.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotional offer is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Claiming the same promotion through multiple Accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
8.4 Bonus Abuse. phmaca actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk bet patterns designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk; use of multiple Accounts; and exploitation of promotional errors. Where bonus abuse is identified, phmaca reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the Account.
8.5 phmaca reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally practicable.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on phmaca and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct: Breach of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities where legally required, and civil or criminal proceedings where appropriate.
10.1 phmaca is committed to promoting responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling is a form of entertainment and carries inherent financial risk.

11.1 phmaca's Right to Suspend. phmaca reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
11.2 Player's Right to Close. You may close your Account at any time by contacting phmaca support. Following closure, any verified balance remaining in your Wallet (subject to any applicable withdrawal conditions) will be remitted to your registered payment method within a reasonable period.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure — whether by the Player or by phmaca — all outstanding bets will be settled in the normal course, and any applicable responsible gaming restrictions will remain in effect for the duration chosen by the Player or imposed by phmaca.
11.4 Forfeiture on Termination for Cause. Where an Account is closed by phmaca due to breach of these Terms (including but not limited to fraud, AML violation, underage use, or prohibited conduct), phmaca reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances, including deposits and winnings, pending the conclusion of any investigation.
12.1 All content on the phmaca Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, databases, and compilations — is the exclusive property of phmaca or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property law.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
12.3 The phmaca name, logo, and any other brand identifiers are trademarks of phmaca. Use of these trademarks without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
13.1 The phmaca Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, phmaca disclaims all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the Platform's merchantability, fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
13.2 phmaca shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable.
13.3 phmaca's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform in any rolling twelve-month period shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to phmaca during that same period.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits phmaca's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.
14.1 phmaca reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via email to their registered address and by prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.
14.2 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date.
14.3 The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any relevant transaction or event shall govern that transaction or event, unless the amended Terms expressly provide otherwise.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting phmaca's support team. Complaints should be submitted to phmaca in writing and will receive a written response within fourteen (14) calendar days.
15.3 Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR through its formal complaint resolution process, in accordance with PAGCOR's regulatory procedures.
15.4 Subject to clauses 15.2 and 15.3, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
